Nectarine Compote with No Added Sugars

🍑 INGREDIENTS

In our compote with no added sugar you will find only fresh, seasonal fruit, produced directly by us and processed locally.
The list of ingredients is very short because, in our opinion, simple things -as in the old days – are often the best:

P.G.I. Peach and Nectarine of Romagna, apple (pectin).
Fruit used 160%

We decided to keep the flavor of our products unaltered, resulting in a lovable and tasty compote where the most important ingredient is not listed on the label: love for our land. Every time you open the jar, you will be flooded with the scent of Romagna, thick and fresh like our nectarines.

In our compote you will savor the taste of freshly picked fruit. Our compotes and jams are vacuum pasteurized at 60° C:a low-temperature technique that allows the original flavor of our nectarines to remain intact. Just like grandma used to make them!

📅 CONSERVATION

We guarantee a shelf life of 36 months – in a cool, dry place – from the date the compote was made, plus one more thing: You’ll finish the jar much sooner!

After opening, our advice is to store in the refrigerator for up to a week. It is still a product made from seasonal nectarines without the use of preservatives.

📦 PACKAGING

Our compote of P.G.I. Nectarines of Romagna with no added sugar rests in an elegant 210 g jar. A perfect size format small enough to be stored in your pantry but big enough to give you all the taste of summer, ready to be spread!

Once you have enjoyed all the sweetness of our compote, you can reuse the jar as you wish: as a glass, as a container for your creations, as a vase for flowers. Or, you can simply dispose of it! And here’s how:
